1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk99tk website accessible at tk99tk.vip, including all pages, services, games, and betting markets made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus balances awarded to your Account by tk99tk.
• "Wager" means any bet, game play, or sporting event prediction placed using real money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the tk99tk platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the tk99tk platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. tk99tk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the deposited balance returned to the registered payment method.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on tk99tk, you must register a personal Account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date at all times.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The tk99tk platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. tk99tk does not make any representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tk99tk support immediately at [email protected]. tk99tk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk99tk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. tk99tk does not accept payments in any foreign currency. All balances are stored and displayed in BDT at all times.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tk99tk, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily transaction limits that fall outside tk99tk's control. Players are encouraged to review their mobile wallet provider's transaction limits before initiating a deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account. tk99tk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST on any calendar day will typically be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following business day.

3.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

tk99tk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other documentation satisfactory to the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers made available on the tk99tk platform are subject to individual terms that will be specified at the time of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to registered players who have completed account verification, made at least one qualifying deposit, and opted in to the relevant promotion. tk99tk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds awarded by tk99tk are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets on qualifying games or sports markets before any withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

tk99tk actively monitors Account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended at tk99tk's sole discretion.

4.4 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new Players, the bonus is available to first-time depositing accounts only. The welcome bonus is non-transferable, non-cashable in isolation, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated. Full welcome bonus terms will be displayed on the promotions page at the time of the offer.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games offered on the tk99tk platform — including slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti 20-20, crash games, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tk99tk does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are not modified by the Platform.

5.2 Sportsbook and Betting Markets

All odds displayed on the tk99tk sportsbook are subject to change without notice prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the odds are locked in for that wager. tk99tk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event has already commenced at the time of placement; or (c) credible information indicates that the integrity of the event may have been compromised.

5.3 Disputes

In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on a Player's device and the result recorded on the tk99tk server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record. Players who wish to dispute a game outcome or a settled bet must submit their complaint to [email protected] within 72 hours of the outcome being recorded. Disputes submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

6 Responsible Gaming

tk99tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the Account dashboard.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact the tk99tk support team at [email protected] for guidance. 7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the tk99tk platform:

• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or the Platform itself. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the tk99tk platform infrastructure, including but not limited to the website, APIs, or game servers.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal activity under Bangladeshi law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with the tk99tk support team.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk99tk shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary gambling activity on the Platform; (b) any technical failure, connectivity issue, or service interruption outside of tk99tk's reasonable control; (c) any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

The tk99tk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for periods of downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

tk99tk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. tk99tk implements industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire platform to safeguard all personal and financial data transmitted between your device and our servers.

10 Modifications to These Terms

tk99tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by contacting Players via their registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

tk99tk also reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, where required by law, or where the Platform determines that continued Account operation presents a commercial, legal, or reputational risk to the business.

11 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint procedure should be directed in writing to the tk99tk support team. All communications from tk99tk to the Player will be sent to the email address registered on the Account. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain an active and accessible email address on their Account at all times.
